On the ground floor, there is the Student Service Center and Bursar’s Office.

On the first floor, there are the Secretariat of the Rector, Vice-Rectors, and Chancellor, the Chancellery, the Rector’s Office, the Manager’s Room, the Publishing Office, the Legal Services Office, the Information and Promotion Office, the Human Resources and Social Affairs Office, the Administration and Economic Department, the Health and Safety & Fire Protection Office, and the University Council.

On the second floor, there are the Medical Simulation Center, the Department of Nursing, and the Senate Hall.
